Returns & Exchanges
Diamond Dream Jewelry + Apparel is glad to exchange or refund eligible full priced merchandise within 7 days of receipt of your online order. Any item purchased on sale is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit, including items sold at promotional discount.
Final sale:
Custom orders, jewelry, intimates, underpinnings, eye wear, swimwear, hats, socks, items that have been worn or show signs of wear, and items that are not returned in the condition they were sent out in are all considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. No exceptions. All sales are considered final after 7 days of receiving them items.
All international sales outside of the USA are final sale.
Eligible for refund:
Full priced unworn, unwashed merchandise in perfect condition, with original designer tags and original packaging.
To start return process:
All returns must be pre-approved. Before returning an item, please email us at info@mydiamonddream.com within 3 days of your item's delivery date to notify us of the item you wish to return and the reason for return. Please indicate whether you would like an exchange or store credit.
Returns must be received within 7 days. We reserve the right to request proof of shipment date.
Return shipping:
Except for delivery of a defective product, customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipping charges. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.
We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise since a full credit will only be issued if the package or item is not lost or damaged.
A return will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed.
Transaction fee:
If the Customer purchased the product with a credit card, a transaction fee will also apply.
Store credit:
Store credit will be e-mailed to you in the form of a gift card code. Store credits are good for one year from the day of issue. All purchases with store credit are final sale

All sale items are considered final sale. Any full priced merchandise is eligible for return but is subject to a 16% restocking fee.
